At Todo Casa Furniture, product safety is important. This policy explains safety information for furniture products, assembly, use, recalls, and product safety communications.

1. General product safety

Customers should read and follow all product instructions, warnings, assembly manuals, maintenance instructions, and safety information provided with the product.

Furniture may only be used for its intended domestic purpose, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Do not exceed the indicated weight limits. Do not modify, saw, drill, overload, or abuse the furniture.

2. Mounting safety

Some products require assembly. Customers are responsible for carefully following the assembly instructions.

Improper assembly may result in instability, product damage, personal injury, or property damage.

For large or heavy furniture, we recommend that two adults carry out the assembly or call in a qualified professional if necessary.

3. Anti-tilt and wall anchoring

Certain furniture, such as chests of drawers, cabinets, bookcases, wardrobes, storage furniture, and shelves, can pose a tipping hazard if not properly secured.

If anti-tilt brackets or wall anchoring material are provided, they must be installed according to the instructions.

Keep children away from non-anchored furniture. Do not allow children to climb, hang or play on furniture. Place heavier items in the lower drawers or shelves. Do not place televisions or heavy objects on furniture unless the product is designed to do so.

4. Children and safety in the home

Customers must keep small parts, fasteners, packaging materials, plastic bags and tools out of reach of children and pets. Packaging materials must be safely removed after assembly.

5. Product Care

Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Avoid exposure to excessive humidity, direct heat, harsh sunlight, harsh detergents, or improper cleaning methods unless the product is designed to do so.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Warnings

If we become aware of a product recall, safety warning, or corrective action that affects a product we sell, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

We may also provide instructions on repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.

7. Report security issues

Include your order number, product name, description of the safety issue, photos or videos, and product labels, batch numbers, or identifying information if available.

8. EU product safety information

For products sold to consumers in the European Union, applicable product safety, manufacturer, importer, responsible economic operator, warning, and traceability information must be provided on the product, packaging, associated documentation, product page, or upon request where required by law.
