Payment, Pricing, Taxes, and Fees Policy

This policy explains payment methods, prices, taxes, duties and cash register details for purchases made at Todo Casa Furniture.

1. Accepted payment methods

We can accept Visa and MasterCard payments.

2. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed after payment authorization and confirmation.

We may cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified or if a risk of fraud is detected.

3. Prices and currencies

Product prices are displayed in the currency available for your selected market.

Recommended market currencies are: United States - USD; Ireland - EUR; Germany - EUR; Austria - EUR; Netherlands - EUR.

The product page, cart, and checkout must show a consistent currency for the selected market, unless currency conversion is clearly enabled and complies with the applicable platform settings.

4. Price Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are correct.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price, discount, technical error or obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated and presented at checkout, depending on the delivery destination and applicable laws.

For orders from the US, sales tax may be charged where required.

For consumer orders within the European Union, product prices shown to consumers must include VAT where required by law and according to the checkout configuration.

6. Duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges.

Where such fees are collected by us, they will be reflected at checkout before payment.

If duties, taxes, or import charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for direct payment to the carrier or local authorities before or upon delivery.

7. No hidden fees

Before you place your order, checkout will show the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, duties or import charges collected by us, and the total amount to be paid.

We do not intentionally add hidden product, shipping, handling, carrier, or service fees after the order has been placed.

The customer-paid shipping rates outlined in our Shipping Policy are the rates that must appear at checkout for the applicable destination and shipping class, except where a clearly stated promotion offers a lower rate.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes and sale prices may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless explicitly stated.

For customers in the European Economic Area, where we are announcing a price reduction, we will endeavour to comply with the applicable requirements for advance pricing information.
